TO STAY HEALTHY, WE NEED TO HAVE GOOD EATING HABITS.


***Let us know all about them:
1. Start the day with a healthy breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.
2. Eat your meal at a fixed time and drink eight to ten glasses of water every day.
3. Drink at least two glasses of milk every day. They keep your bones and teeth strong.
6. Eat slowly and chew the food well. Do not talk with food in your mouth. Say' NO' to junk foods like chips, chocolate, cake, and burgers.
